Leon Gall is an Estates Clerk at the law firm of Branson, Fredrick, and McGonnigle. His job is to go through the files in search of clients whose Last Wills and Testaments that have not been updated for some time and send out messages to these clients in the hopes of generating business for the firm, or at least clearing out some old files.
Will Updates uses the information Leon has gleaned from the files. It includes one particularly interesting field: «lawyer excuse». This field is used only if the original lawyer the client originally worked with is not the lawyer who is now handling their file. Leon has written the letter so that if this field is blank it does not affect the rest of the letter.
